Adamski, Rev. Cyprian, O.M.C. Clergyman. Born in Zarszyn, Poland, Oct. 18, 1883. Received his elementary and secondary education in Poland. Came to U. S. in 1902. Returned to Poland in 1909 where he attended a Seminary in Cracow and there ordained July 4,1909. Returned to U. S. in 1909. During the first World War he sold $48,000 worth of Polish Bonds. For this and other patriotic work awarded by the Government of Poland with an Officers Cross of "Polonia Restituta." Active member of the Thaddeus Kosciuszko Monument Committee in Boston and of the Pulaski Monument Committee In Chelsea, Mass., Rector of St. Stanislaus Church, Chelsea, Mass., 1909-1939, where he built a large parochial school and a convent for the Sisters, teaching at that school. Died on May 31, 1939.
