III (Kristi), 2 daughters Desiree Jackson (Derrick) and Melissa Conti (Nicholas A. Jr.); 9 grandchildren; one sister Geraldine Holmes (Kenneth) and many nephews and nieces.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service at The Bacchi Courtney Funeral Home & Crematory Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport PA, on Monday Oct. 25th, 12 Noon.
Interment Private. Greeting Monday 10 to 11:50 A.M. at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA 19103.

Theodore R. Andrzejczyk, Jr. (1942 - 2004)Theodore R. Andrzejczyk Jr. died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004, at the VA Medical Center in Philadelphia. He was 62.
Mr. Andrzejczyk, of Norristown, was a former president of Local 502 Iron Workers in Philadelphia for 18 years.
Mr. Andrzejczyk served in the U.S. Navy from 1959 to 1963.
Born June, 11, 1942, in Norristown, he was a son of the late Theodore R. Sr. and Lillian Pupeck. He was the husband of Lucille M. (Torrisi).
Surviving besides his wife of 39 years are a son, Ted R. III and his wife Kristi, of Upper Darby; two daughters, Desiree Jackson and her husband Derrick, of New Hanover, and Melissa Conti and her husband Nicholas A. Jr., of Boyertown; nine grandchildren, Jade, Derrick, Alex, Nick, Samantha, Danny, Alyssa, Teddy and Tori; a sister, Geraldine Homes and her husband Kenneth, of Lansdale; and many nieces and nephews.
The memorial service will be noon Monday at The Bacchi-Courtney Funeral Home & Crematory Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., Bridgeport.
Interment will be private. Friends may call Monday, from 10 to 11:50 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Philadephia, PA 19103.
