Andrzejkowicz, Julian. Manufacturer. Civic leader. Born in 1821 in Lithuania. In 1854 came to U.S., and settled in Philadelphia, Pa. Here he established a paint-factory known as Andrzejkowlcz & Dunk, 60 North Front Street; Founder of Polish National Alliance of America, a fraternal organization, of Chicago, Ill., which at present has 280,000 members and over $30,000,000 gross assets. On August 10, 1880 he called the first convention of the Polish National Alliance and was elected its first Censor. Died April 1898 in Philadelphia, Pa.
