Lieutenant Ashley L. Arnista

Torrington, CT - Ashley L. Arnista graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in History, May, 2005.

Immediately after the graduation ceremony Ashley was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. Her father, Colonel Aleksander Arnista, U.S. Air Force administered the oath of office. Her mother, Gaylene Arnista and her brother, Anthony assisted her father in pinning on her Lieutenant bars.

Lt. Arnista completed the Air Force ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) program while at St. Lawrence University and is assigned to the 315th Training Squadron, Goodfellow Air Force Base, San Angelo, Texas.

Ashley is the third generation of Arnistas to serve in the Air Force. Her father, Colonel Alexander Arnista is presently serving at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Her grandfather, Lt. Anthony Arnista served in the Army Air Force during World War II.

She is also the granddaughter of Joanna Arnista, Torrington. Connecticut and Mr. & Mrs. Arnold Knights of Lincoln, Maine.

The Arnistas are 100% family members of PNA Lodge 1061 in Torrington, Connecticut.
