Jabukowski, John A.
Poet. Born in 1814 in Poland. After the fall of Polish insurrection in 1830, political refugee, prisoner in Brunn and Trieste, arrived in U.S.; engaged as a teacher in Stockbridge, Mass., where he died of nostalgia in 1837.
