Bishop of the diocese of Buffalo, N. Y., of the Polish National Catholic Church of America. In 1927 appointed pastor of Holy Rosary parish in Buffalo, N. Y., and in 1928 elected bishop of the Polish National Catholic Church. He was consecrated June 7, 1928 in Buffalo, N. Y.
