Jasinski, Rev. Leon, C.R., Ph.D., S.T.D.
Pedagogue. Born July 3, 1885 in St. Louis, Mo, son of Michael and Frances (Lamek) Jasinski. Elementary education completed in St. Louis and Chicago. Secondary education at St. Stanislaus College, Chicago, Ill. In 1908 went to Rome, where he studied philosophy and theology. Ordained May 19, 1914. Assistant at St. Stanislaus parish, Chicago for three years. Master of the Novitiate of Resurrection Fathers in Cragin, Chicago, Ill. for three years.
