Career: assistant prof. (applied mechanics), 1986-92. associate prof., 1992 -, Michigan State University, East Lansing.

Author: numerous conference papers and articles in professional journals, i.a. in: International Journul of Solids and Structures, Journal of the Mechanics and Physics of Solids, Proceedings of Royal Society of London, Journal of Applied Mechanics.

Member of: associate member, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME); American Academy of Mechanics; Chicago Intercollegiate Council, 1975-82; Polish - American Student Association, 1979-82.
