Physician. Born in Gostyczyn, Pomorze, Poland, March 19, 1901. Graduate of a secondary school in Chelmno, Poland, Army service in Polish-Bolshevick War, 1919-1920. Attended Poznan University 1921-1926; Columbia University, 1926-1929. Degrees: Teachers diploma, Poznan, 1925; A.M. Columbia, 1928; Ph.D. Columbia, 1934. Assistant at Poznan University, 1923-1926; interned as psychologist in Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital, New York, 1929-1930; chief psychologist, Brooklyn Child Guidance Clinic, 1931 1935; research psychologist, Bellevue Hospital 1935; Supervising psychologist, Bureau of Attendance, Board of Education, New York, 1936; chief psychologist, Delaware Hospital and Mental Hygiene Clinic, 1936. At present on the staff of Delaware State Hospital, Farnhurst, Del. Member of American psychologist Ass'n; American Ass'n for Applied Psychology; American Association for the Advancement of Science. Author of monographs in educational, clinical and abnormal psychology.
