Civic leader. Born April 28, 1885 in Poland. Primary and secondary education in Poland. Vocational and business schools in New Bedford, Mass. Married. Deputy sheriff of Bristol County, Mass. President of Council 81 of P.N.A. for five years; Chairman of the National Convention of P.N.A. in Scranton, Pa., in 1931; former director of P.N.A. 1935-1939. Naturalized in 1910.
