Jurasinski, Rev. Ludwig
Roman Catholic clergyman. Born in Klosow, Poland in 1875. Came to U.S. with parents as a boy. Attended St. Hyacinth's parochial school, Milwaukee, Wis. and later transferred as a student to St. Vincent's school. Studied at Marquette High School and University. Ordained to the holy priesthood March 29, 1903. First assignment was as curate at St. Casimir's Church and four months later was assigned as assistant pastor to SS. Cyril and Methodius Church. Organized St. John Kanty parish in 1906, where he built a church and rectory. Remained pastor of that parish until 1915 when in September of that year he was appointed pastor of St. Stanislaus Church. He liquidated the mortgage on the parish buildings and built a new parochial school and high school by the parish. Died March 4, 1935.
