Born May 30, 1908, Warsaw, Poland; came to U.S., 1941; daughter of Franciszek and Halina (Wieniawska); married Kazimierz Krance; children: Karol, Andrzej, Magda.
Education: Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, 1931; Master of Fine Arets (M.F.A.), prof. J. Pankiewicz Workshop in Paris (France), affiliated with Cracow Academy of Fine Arts, 1936.
Career: Institute for the Propaganda of Art, Warsaw, 1930-33; constuction commissioner, K. Stryjenski Artists' Home, Zakopane (Poland), 1933; designer, Polish Press Pavillion, EXPO, Paris, 1937; curator, Public Museum, Oshkosh (WI); instructor of art and lecturer, public and high schools, 1950-72.
